By using OuraQi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

 2. Description of Service
OuraQi is a personal health dashboard that displays data retrieved from the Oura Ring API. The app does not store your health data on any external servers.

3. Oura Account
You must have a valid Oura account and an Oura Ring to use the full features of this app. Demo mode is available using Oura's sandbox API.

4. Data Usage
OuraQi accesses your Oura data (sleep, activity, readiness, stress, resilience, workouts, tags, and personal info) solely to display it within the app. Your data is not shared with third parties.

5. No Medical Advice
OuraQi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability
OuraQi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
